Don't know if it's the right forum to post but I give it a shot anyway.On one of my devices a single keyboard tab doesnt work ( I am talking about the single key input "P") I know there is a possibility to fix single keys but couldn't get any answer when google it. therefore I am reaching out to the forum. Thanks for any help..

Replace the keyboard, that is the fix. Almost all keyboards under about $80.00 are soft dome rubber pads on mylar.

Did you say $80? Wow - that's expensive. I thought they were in the $10-$20 region.
Re: Cheap fix - depends on the type of keyboard. If it is one where the keys can come off individually, then try prying it off and see if anything is blocking the contact. If it is one big rubber sheet, go for the $10/$20 option.

$80.00 for something with Cherry microswitches, yes. Here is one with Cherry blue switches for $99.00 Link I like red or brown, but most of the cheaper versions use the stiffer black, and since they are the oldest style, and the most common, you can find keyboards using black for under $30.00. Some of the gaming keyboards run over $200.00 but they have special macro recording and onboard memory for different profiles, and usually led effects, and a usb hub built in.
