Currently we run Windows NT 4.0 SP6a Workstations with Office XP Professional.

In the Word application I have several users that have problems with some key functionality in word.

Sporadically, the keys C, T, U, V, c, t, u, v will not funciton in Word. When typed the key returns a blank character on the screen. After rebooting the system the functionality returns. But reappears later.

I tried replacing the keyboard and reinstalling the Office XP suite but the problem persists.

This problem does not exist on a Windows XP OS.

Has anyone seen this type of "bug" when running Winnt with Office XP?

Thanks!

Dont mean to be trite, but I dont know of ANYONE that runs the brand new Office XP suite on a dinosaur!! (Winnt) I will ask around for you, but I am not too sure of the luck of this quest.... :)
