Can anybody tell me how to detect if caps lock, num luck and scroll lock are active and how to do it in c++.

Thanks

milosd,

It depends on what OS you are using. In DOS the functions are _bios_keybrd or bioskey. For Windows the function is keybd_event.

If you are interested in one of the DOS functions, post a request on this thread and I'll post some more information. If you are looking for the Windows function, your best bet is to go to <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> and look at their FAQ (I think it is #77). They are fairly involved so I won't put the info here unless you request it.

James P.
