Keyboard configuration Windows 98

I have an IBM Thinkpad laptop with Windows 98 installed, and there is one thing about the configuration that really makes me sick. When I type a single quote or a double quote, it doesn't appear on the screen, only after I press the next key. I mean, if I want to make the quote visible right away, I have to press space or something.

I have exactly the same problem see my post someone has replied to that check his reply. ps I don't know if it works yet. However &quot;&quot;&quot; i am getting these without having to press something afterwards in this box but its still the wrong key I have to press.
