keyboard arrow keys

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone have had similar issues or know the cause of this, buy my microsoft keyboard's arroay key is acting weird.

When I hit the right arrow key, it moves the pointer up.
I am not sure if my keyboard is just broken or if I accidentally set something wrong.

I would suspect that the keyboard is faulty. Try another, before ditching it. If the other one does the same you may have a controller problem.
