Hello has anyone ever had a problem like this:
I have a IE explorer window open, and I'm in another program eg:wp9, winword, excell, anything, and I press the "shift" key to type a cap. letter, the the IE window comes up. I dont know what the deal is, I have removed the keyboard from the system, checked the language settings, reset those settings, resent IE explorer settings (every tab I set to default where there was an option to) I checked to make sure that no software is running on the backgroud, did an alt-crtl-del to check things on memory, closed everything except explorer, closed all progs. Opened IE window and the "run"dialog box, pressed the "shift" key and it brought the IE window to the front.... Has anyone ever seen this, thanks for your help.
