Keyboard and MS Word

In Word 97 the HOME key does not work. I replaced the keyboard with another brand and that didnt help. I know that the problem is a Word setting...but which one?

Suggestion: Choose Tools>Customize... from the menu; in the Customize dialog click the Keyboard... button at the bottom, and in the Customize Keyboard dialog click the Reset All... button. Rick Sprague

My guess is that you've got WordPerfect help on. Go to Tools-Options, General tab and make sure neither Wordperfect option is selected at the bottom.
