Keyboard and MS Word

I have a customer that is having a problem with MS Word. The HOME key isn't working. The key works in every other application. I even switched keyboard brands and the same thing happens. I know that it is most likely a setting in Word, but where is it?
This is the hardware forum I know...but this is driving me crazy!

My guess is that she's activated the setting called 'Navigation keys for Wordperfect Users'.

In Word go to Tools\Options and click on the General Tab. Untick the checkbox next to 'Navigation keys for Wordperfect Users'

That's my guess
