On a NT 4.0 machine (server) when it's started we can login fine and do anything we need to do, but when we log out the keyboard and mouse lock up. The server is still running because all it's services are still available to the network. If we are in the computer and do a Windows 3 finger salute (ctrl+alt+del), and choose to lock the workstation, the keyboard and mouse continue to work. It's only when we actually logout that they lock up. It's a pain because we can't be resetting the server at any old time in the middle of the day.
