My_laptop_keyboard_has_a_spacebar_that_doesn't_work_anymore.

I_can't_afford_to_have_it_fixed,_but_as_it's_just_one_key,_I_wondered_if_I_can't_just_reassign_the_button_next_to_it_as_a_spacebar_instead_as_they're_buttons_I_don't_use.

Can_you_help_me?

Regards,
Julia

Have you tried popping the space bar key off to make sure that no dirt has built up under it and preventing it from working? You could try KeyTweak, as this program wil allow you to reassign keys. You could even plug a USB keyboard in as a temporary replacement until you can replace the laptop's keyboard. Check your laptop manufacturer's website for a replacement keyboard.
