We have leased space to a small company on our 3300 MXe 6.0 SP3. This consists of 2 5220 IP sets, 2 DID numbers off our PRI, and 2 POTS Analog CO lines. Each set has their own VM box. We have set up the 2 CO lines as Key System lines. Both on each set. All of this works correctly. Our issue is the customer would like the two CO lines to go to a single VM Box after 4 rings (20 sec.)and this would show up as MWI button each phone. We have the 2 CO lines each go to a Non Dial In Answer Point. These Answer Points in turn appear on two buttons on their phones. Every configuration I have tried to route these CO lines to a VM Box results in them being answered by the Main Auto Attendant for our company. I believe the Embedded VM is not recognizing the Answer Points, Re-route numbers, etc. to a VM Box. Seems as this should be a simple issue, but it alludes me.
