What is the procedure to set a phones key to accept the RGA?

RGA - PUA and GPUA in the CLS. And then assign an RNPG (pickup group number).

KEY RGA don't need any CLS, but if used for M390x it have a precise key assignment (doc have doc under my hand but something like KEY 18..)

RGA is on KEY 20 on 39xx phones. I've got it on all my 39xx's but I doubt anyone ever uses it.

ring again is about a useless feature, unless you do not use mail.. it worked back in the old days when you got a busy, press the rga. now we get mail or rna.. can't remember the last internal busy i got at work.. it does not work external unless you hit an all trunks busy and allow is turned on in the cdb

Hey, John, don't forget Ring Again on No Answer. But of course, it's usefulness is limited these days.

Quilla -- first turn it on in LD 15, then on the set:

LD 15

REQ CHG
TYPE FTR
OPT RNA

Then turn in on for the set.

Analog:

LD 10

REQ CHG
TYPE 500
CLS XRA

Digital:

LD 11

REQ CHG
TYPE xxxx (put type of set here)
KEY KEY xx RGA (xx = key number to put this feature)


If you do want to use this for All Trunks Busy, you need to program your BARS accordingly. There are a number of additional steps and you should be at least somewhat familiar with BARS programming. Let me know if you need that also.

right, but 95 percent of sets have mail it seems. so i quite adding rga keys and no one ever asked for one.. one more adl for people to ignore
