I have a BCM 3.6, DND on busy is set to No. Here is the question, if I am on a call and another call comes in, can I make the key blink instead of ring? Or do I have another option/configuration choice?

You could set a call forward on busy to a hunt group and set the huntgroup key as an appear only.

If you switch on DND on busy your phone will not ring if you are on the phone. It will give an engage tone just.
