I have an opt 11 with release 12 mer mail. They want a new menu set up. Everything works except when keying the # key, it should repeat the menu. It does work in the old menu but not the new one. I hate to delete the new menu and start over, because they had paid a woman to record the new message. Has anybody run into this and know what the cure would be.
