Make KeyPreview=True on your form. Put a MsgBox KeyCode in KeyDown and a MsgBox KeyAscii in KeyPress and try it. I dont have a shortcut key.
I believe it does indeed set off a value, There is one problem though I don't think it is "Standerdized" (sp I know) yet so A gateway keyboard may give one value and A dell keyboard might give another. Or maybe they do give the same. My keyboard has back forward mail search and favortites. But my friends is like favorites mail search. So maybe there different.
Or maybe i'm ranting around like and idiot with mad cow's.
