Key commands to open access form from anywhere in windows

1. I have an access form that I would like to be able to enter a key command and open in windows.

2. Is there a way to have that form alone be on top regardless of what application I have opened?

If I read you correctly, just make a [blue]shortcut icon[/blue] on the [blue]desktop[/blue] or either the [blue]programs menu[/blue], and set the [purple]shortcut key:[/purple] property to a [blue]key combination[/blue].
