key commands inactive?

None of my key commands seem to be working. I checked under keyboard shortcuts under the edit menu and everything seemed to be right in there.

Is there someplace else that activates and deactivates key commands?

This is driving me nuts.

Are you using a Mac? If so, go to System Preferences > keyboard and mouse > keyboard shortcuts and see what's happening in there... they sometimes override application shortcuts.

I am on a Mac. I checked Sys. Prefs and things seem to be okay again.

I kept thinking it had to be something within the program!
