Hi
I think I turned on some keyboard setting accidently.
Even though I did not have the capslock ON or do not hold down the shift key, all my keystrokes are resulting in capital letters. Also all numeric keys are returning special characters as they would when I hold down the shift key.
Any help is appreciated.

Thank You

Is it ps\2 or USB? I've seen ps\2 connections go bad with mice and they do some weird things when that happens.
I don't know of a setting that would control your issue. Have you tried a different keyboard?

Good luck.

I got money on the stupid disability thing.

Hold down shift for 8 seconds or so, see if that changes it.
or
Tap shift 5 or 6 times in a row, that will bring up the disability thing as well.
