Key appearance missing on MCD?

Hi,
Looking after a 3300 Cxi running 5.0 SP1 Active software load 11.0.1.20

Trying to tidy up the key appearances on some users but having a couple of strange issues with one particularly;

when I open the extension using the User & Device Config, the Keys pane is constantly loading, when I open the Keys pane the key appearances are all empty - although the physical device is shwoing the key appearances that have been programmed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would look in "Users and Devices/Advanced Configuration/Multiline Set Keys"
They should show up in this form as well.

ive had issues with keys in the user and device config form previously. However I have been able to modify keys as required through the Multiline set keys form.

Can you access the required keys this way?
