Hi all,

We have a load of KX-T7735 handsets run off a KES-824.

One employee works is constantly running between two rooms. If other employees call one extension, and she's not there, they have to dial the other.

Everyone is connected via DSS buttons on their handsets - with seperate DSS buttons for each room. Im trying to set it up so that one DSS button dials both phones in both rooms at once then whichever room she is in, she will get the call straight away.

Ive read the manual and looked through the Maintenance Console but cant see how to do it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Unplug the 824 and install an 848 :)

The U.S. version of the TA-824 has no ring groups, except from the DISA card. Now, you could tie a CO line to a station and ring two extensions from it. Who says Rube Goldberg is dead?

or set a forward busy no answer from one fhone to the other in both directions

but as LkEErie says if you have a spare co position place a link between an extension and the co port then program all lines to ring that extension and program the linked CO to ring the 2 extentions the person moves between
