I'm trying to schedule a simple batch program on 3 member servers (NT4.0SP4) which all have IIS installed. I started the Schedule service set to Log on as System Acct. When the batch program runs, I get the message "cmd.exe -DLL Initialization Failed Initialization of the dynamic link library C:\WINNT\system32\KERNEL32.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally." When I interactively run the batch program I have no problem. If I set the service to Log on as Administrator I have no problem. If I use the System Acct and Allow Service to Interact with Desktop I have no problem. Ideas?
