Can the modules for Ken Getz's "query by form" application be modified to allow combo boxes to be included on the forms? I have a contact database which includes doctors offices, hospitals, residential care, animal health, etc. The combo boxes are for field, title, and category. I want to be able to filter such as: All Family Practice MD's working in community clinics. Having to type in the exact wording is really not a very good option. I can send additional information as needed. Thank you.

Have you thought of using the 'Like' operator?

Yes, I've thought of that but don't know how to write code! I just cut and paste and change names where I need to. So, I have to find something I can use in that way. After I sent this message yesterday I found a qbf example at: It looks like something I can use but I'm not familiar with nz and union queries so I'm going to have to do some trial and error. Do you have ideas or examples to share? Thanks. Barbara

nz and unions can be looked up in help. nz handles nulls and unions combines to data sets from two differnt queries.
