If its during normal business hours and everyone logs out of their phones and a call comes in it goes to our messaging stating "we are experiencing high call volumes please press 1 to leave a message or call back at a later time". This is to cover us just in case no one is logged in. Now if everyone is logged out except one person who is in not ready and I call our number it will just keep ringing. I thought it would at least queue up and hear music and rans. Is there a way to make the call go to the message or at least queue up. I guess it sees the skillset as in service since a phone is logged in even though it is not ready.
