Hello,

To start with I'm a neophyte with apache. The company I'm working for is using apache running on an NT box. I downloaded and compiled the snmp module. That's working. Then I find out that there is no mib (as far as I can tell) that corresponds to total hits, the only bit of information there are concerned with (so far).

So my question is how do you keep track of total hits the apache server has handled? (in an NT environment) Possibly a commercial counter add-on?

Can anybody out there help a sneezing dwarf? [sig][/sig]

Not real familiar with Apache for NT, but I think you will need to use a 3rd party software to keep track of hits.

One package that should work for you is called Wusage. We use it on several of our Linux Apache servers, and I know that it is available for NT as well.

This package gives you all kinds of other goodies besides total hits too.

Regards,
Gerald
