Keeping track of hits

Hi,

I'm new and not sure this is the place to post this question. I want to use FrontPage as the program in a kiosk with touch screen....and wonder if there's a way to keep track (permanent record) of the hits made. In other words, this will be within a single computer (no web uploading, no network, etc)...but I want the same kind of record-keeping on servers for web-sites.

If someone is at the touch screen and clicks through various choices/options for, say, 15 minutes...can I have a record of what's hit and in what order?
