In Excel (after pasting all the information including the Outline Level) click on Data | Filter | AutoFilter to turn AutoFilter on. 3. Click on the downward pointing triangle at the top of the Outline Level column in Excel. 4. Choose the highest number (let's assume 6). This will display the tasks that have the most indentation. 5a. Select all the task names that are displayed. 5b. Click on the Excel "Increase Indent" button 5 times. 6. Repeat for (in this case) levels 5, 4, 3, and 2 and click on the "Increase Indent" button 4, 3, 2 and 1 times. It sounds a bit cumbersome but works quite quickly. Takes me 5-10 seconds per indent level. Upvote 0 Downvote
