I have the following fields in my report:
Profiles Users PC System # I have Grouped by profiles

I have it all the way I want it

Admin rut3498 198888
Admin abc1234 345678
total Admin 2
Marketing swe1111 222333
Marketing rry1114 456333
Marketing frg2100 987322
total Marketing 3
Grand Total 5

After refresh I get

Admin rut3498 198888
Marketing swe1111 222333
Marketing frg2100 987322
Admin abc1234 345678
Marketing rry1114 456333

How do I get the profiles to stay together.
Thanks

I have seen the Grouping get corrupted in CR on occassion. Try changing the group to use another field, and then change it back to the original field.

Also, make sure you are using the correct field from the correct table, you might have similar field names.

Last, make sure that the report isn't saved with data, which might make it more confusing to troubleshoot. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
