Keeping sections together

Hi,

I'm using CR XI release 2 on a SQL server.

I'm building a report that is grouped by employee, type, subtype and year

The issue I am having is that the sections are not 'kept together' even though at every group, the 'keep together' box is checked off.

I would like to know if its possible for crystal to insert a page break whenever all of the information for each type cannot fit on a full page.

Keep together on a section only refers to keeping together that report section, not the group. To keep together an entire group, go to report->group expert->select the group->options tab->check "keep group together".

Probably. You would have to set "keep group together" on each group in the group expert.
