Keeping PPPoE Internect Connection alive while logging out?

How to keep a PPPoE Internet Connection on my .NET Server 2003 alive when a one of the user logging out (maybe from console, maybe from remote desktop client)
The Internet Connection would be disconnected once a user log out, what can I do if I want to keep it? I would be very graceful if anyone spends a minute to answer my question.
