Keeping mail relays out

My company is running a Domino 4.6.2 mail server and we are trying to block mail relays and get our domain off the relay databases.

I have added the following lines to my NOTES.INI file

SMTPMTA_REJECT_RELAYS=1
SMTPMTA_RELAY_FORWARDS=1
SMTPMTA_OCH_REJECT_SMTP_ORIGINATED_MESSAGES=1
SMTPMTA_DENIED_DOMAINS=D:\Notes\denied.txt

Now we are still being listed as a relay, although the system does not relay anything.

How can I set my configuration to stop accepting relays altogether instead of accepting the mail and then denying the relayed messages afterwards? I want to deny relays right from the start.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
