Hi all,

I am currently on crystal XI professional. I have a report that shows item ID, sales and production date. I am currently grouping the information by production date and it works well.
However, I need some advice on how to set the report so that it is always looking at 26 weeks back from today. I only want to keep that much information every time I run my report. For example if I run the report today then it should show week 1 through week 26. Next week when I run this report again, I'd like to see week 2 through week 27 and so on and so forth.
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Set up a record selection formula like this:

{table.date} in currentdate-181 to currentdate

This, however, assumes you really mean six weeks ending today, and not the last full six weeks. If you mean the last six full weeks, then use:

{table.date} in maximum(lastfullweek)-181 to maximum(lastfullweek)

All I can say is WOW!!! You're indeed amazing. It works very well and all I need to do is to get rid of the false outcome.

Thank you

You should be placing the formula in report->selection formula->record. Then there will be no false outcome to eliminate.

I forgot something - is there a way for me to include information from this week even though this week is not yet finished?

I think I figured it out. I simply changed it to the below and it works like a charm.

{table.date} in maximum(lastfullweek)-181 to currentdate
