hi there,

this must be a fairly simple question , but its driving me crazy.:)
All i want is 1 simple image at the centre of my page, staying at this centre point even when i change resolution.. so it has to adjust itself to the screenresolution..

please help :)

thanks stez

there are several ways to do this...

you could simply select the image and click on the center icon in the properties box,

or you could create a table (1 row x 1 column, 100% width), put the image in the cell and set the alignment of the cell to center.

hope this helps,

I have this now at Steal my source.

Or, I used to do it with a framed page. Top and bottom frames were empy and the middle frame had the image. That one worked almost everywhere. Sometimes with doing 100% height, Netscape doesn't like it. But I find that the one at my page now seems to work everywhere so far.

yes, just a table 100% by 100% with an image centred in it, or another table centred in it which is exactly the same pixel dimension as your image, then put your image in it.

<img src=&quot;Graphics/DIR/YourPic.jpg&quot; width=&quot;126&quot; height=&quot;125&quot; hspace=&quot;8&quot; vspace=&quot;8&quot; align=&quot;centre&quot;>

something along the lines of that should do it... adjusting the relvent values depending on your needs.

The best way to do it if you're worried about screen resolution is to have it in a centered table.

Hope that's good for yeh...
