How do I keep the internal links that I have created in Word when coverting to a pdf? Under the section "Change conversion settings" I have ticked the box "Add links to Adobe pdf" but when I have converted the document into a pdf my links are still not working. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Are you using the convert to AdobePDF option in Word (Adobe menu or toolbar) - or are you using the Print command?

The Print option does not utilize the settings from the change conversion settings dialog box. It uses the preferences settings in the print dialog box.

If this is not the issue - please provide version of Word and version of Acrobat being used.

I find that if I used PDFMaker when creating a PDF links are kept. PDFMaker is a toolbar added in Word when Acrobat is installed. You may need to go into View - Toolbars to find it and select it if you do not see it.
