Hi, I have all my work done, tables with formulas, Validations, Conditionals Formating etc. and data..
I just want to delete the data, and keep everything else, also I wanto to e-mail this job, but I'd like to hide (formulas etc)
Thanks for your help.

Can you explain what data you want to delete? If it's constants entered in a certain range, then select the range that includes the data, do Edit/Goto/Special/Constants and then hit the Delete key.

As for hiding formulae, you can format cells to be locked and hidden ( Format/Cells/Protection ) before protecting the sheet ( Tools/Protection/Protect sheet ). Remember to format any input cells as unprotected before protecting the sheet itself.

Cheers, Glenn.
