I am trying to export a report to word from access. The report I created in Access has text boxes to separate the information and make it easier to read.
When I export to a rtf file or word the boxes are gone.
the only ways to keep the "format", as you are calling it, is to export as a snapshot format (available free on the internet), or to use adobe acrobat writer to save as pdf....
all other options will not save any graphical displays, include boxes, lines, or images displayed on a form or report. Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. (Albert Einstein)
