Keeping Domain URL 1

I have a domain called:

http://www.blackstar.be,

but my webpage is hosted at users.pandora.be/blackstar. So the domain is linked to this. If I go to

http://www.blackstar.be,

the url in the browser changes to users.pandora......

Is there a way to keep the

http://www.blackstar.be

in the browser screen ?
A friend told me it is possible.

load a frame page on the domain... have the real page load in the frameset. adam@aauser.com

Ask your host to add

http://www.blackstar.be

to its domain name server and point it to the correct directory. It's called virtual hosting.
