I have a set of 3 groups that I need to keep together. If I select Keep Group Together for all 3 (though #3 doesn't appear to have any effect), it works unless there are more of #2 than fit on a page; in that case, it begins on the 2nd page even though there's plenty of room on the 1st page. When I unselect Keep Group Together for #2, though, it prints on the bottom of pages. Is there a way of moving Group #2 to the next page when it is the last line on a page?
