Keep label and text field on same report page

I have a report where the label must be stacked above the associated 'can grow' text field. The text field can be quite long (a paragraph) and on some occasions the label winds up on page 1 and the text field gets bumped to page 2. Is there a way to recognize that this is going to happen and force the label to print on page 2?

Even with grouping, if your group fills up a page and runs over, you still have no header on successor pages. Can you build your field header into the page header? I commonly do this, even with multiple line headers.
