Keep getting "Undelivered mail" back + Spam

Somebody must be spamming from my domain, because I keep getting alot of these "Undelivered Mail" back.

It's really annoying, when I check my mail there are 70 new mails, but only 5 of them are really for me. Should I live with this for the rest of my life??

So I got 2 problems:
1. How do I stop people from sending spam from my domain?
2. Does anyone know a good spam filter? (I once tried a spam filter, but it even stopped mails from my phone company - So, not TOO efficient)

Btw howcome spammers keep sending the SAME mail over and over!! not just 1-3 time, but 100 times!? thats nuts!!

Several issues, the spam may not be coming from your domain but from an infected computer that has your email address in it's address book. Most spam filters worth their salt will need some training and will let through mail that is spam or block some that is not.

The answer is "42"

My ISP said it is the nature of emails... I could even send a mail from bill@microsoft.com if I wanted to, he said.

But I once heard that back in 1997, someone had fun sending emails from the whitehouse, but they somehow stopped it.

I guess it most be possible to stop, isn't it??
