Keep getting PDFs via email 0kb

Hi I am receiving visuals from my client as pdfs but frequently I get them attached but as 0kb on the email. I use hotmail but when he sends then via my internet provider its the same as well and they appear on their server as 0kb. Anyone know what is happening its very frustrating, it sais they are currupt when try to open them.

...ask them to set up a google mail account, send attachments to hotmail and if ok then it's probably their end somewhere...

...if that still fails, then ask them to send to your google mail account, then it is likely your end somewhere...

No someone called spitfire
