Keep Form Open But Hide Taskbar Icon

Is there a way to keep a form open in a database but remove the icon for the form from the Windows Taskbar?

menu Tools -> Options ...
1st Tab: deselect the show icons in taskbar checkbox.

That would hide all forms. I should have been more specific, I just want to hide one specific form.
