keep flash size small

My flash movie needs a lot of sounds file. What kind of sound file I should use in order to keep the flash file smaller?

I have to keep the file size small as much as I can when I publish the flash, so the user can download it faster.As far as the quality of the sound, i think the sound should be clear enough at least.

I use MP3's. Small file size, good quality.

Shall I import MP3 file into flash, or stream the sound as MP3 when I publish the flash file? Also, can I use 8kbps?
