Keep DN Alive 1

BCM 3.7 issue. I have a 2050 softephone that when unluged, does not go to voicemail or ring when you call it. I thought that this was waht "Keep DN Alive" was for but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone got any ideas? When I call it from any phone when it is off line, I just get a busy signal and the display reads"Not In Service"

Was the phone active/registered when you turned keep DN alive on? The set has to be registered and operational before you can turn that on and have it stay "alive".

It was registered after I had KDA checked. Should I deregester and try it again?
