Keep desktop setting for another user

On an NT4 Workstation a user has been logging on as a cad user and has a lot of desktop icons and printer settings
He now wants to log on under his own name how can he keep all the setting of the cad user

Is this a local user? If so, set up new user & log on to create profile. Logoff and log on as administrator. Go to system properties and access the user profiles tab (think its a tab on NT - on 2k at minute, but its there somewhere). Select CAD user profile and click on copy to button. Browse to new user profile (C:\winnt\profiles\new user), set permitted to use to new user and ok it. New user should now have same profile as old.
