KDS system 1

I setup a KDS system with micros RES 3700 , 5.1.
First day, when I set it up, it worked fine.
It stopped working next day.It now has white screen.
I see that the Right bottom corner there are two PC icons and HOUR glass between. That tells me that there is some issue with connection.
I can reboot the KDS system from the control panel fine.
Micros sevrer verison is 5.1.
Below is my MDSHosts file for the KDS.
What is <KDSSeq>113</KDSSeq>??

On KDS PC, when I try to run McrsCAL Config command to check and make sure that it is configured with micros server, nothing happens.

Make sure the KDS service is running on the Micros server.

I saw the service Called "MICROS KDS Controller" which has not started and set as Automatic, is that the one?
