kde themes

I am trying to install a theme but i can't seem to find the themes I've downloaded with the kde theme manager any ideas?

For example i download a theme untar it and then open the theme manager and try to add the theme but when i go to the directory of said theme, the theme manager can't see anything in the directory?!?!?!?!

Not all themes are installed via the theme manager. When I installed Aqua I didn't use the theme manager. After following the readme and installing it I was able to rind the settings in Look & Feel if I remember correctly. ====================================
