Good afternoon. I am adding a KBA module to a 3904 set. The user wants to have the additional buttons to use as speed dials. In order to add the module is there specific programming that needs to be done first and how would the user program the speed dial buttons on this module. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

You will need to make them Autodials, then the user can add the numbers to be dialed.

You can make a Speed dial with all the numbers you need or use the KBA programmed as Auto dial buttons
ie: Key xx ADL 16 912142556789.
you can have up to 1000 numbers in a speed dial list.
ie: Key xx ADL 16 912142556789.
