I keep getting instructions to install a Microsoft update (KB967715) whenever I log on to my internet service. This has been done multiple times but it looks like it never gets installed. I tried the Microsoft support website which asks me to Start>Run>Gpedit.msc. There is no such file and I am not able to proceed further. Does anyone have a solution for this or come across this situation?
