Looking for answers on how to comply with Kari's Law on the Nortel Key systems.

You'll have to use a route and a destination code.
Remove any line pool code that uses 9 or Out Dial code that uses 9
Route XXX - Line Pool A, put your lines in a the line pool

Create a destination 911 Absorb none pointing to Route XXX

If your using a line pool code of 9 right now it might be easiest to change it to 8 rather than making a bunch of destination codes for 9xx.
