Kanji and / or Katakana in DOS

Does any one know how I can use Kanji or Katakana (Romanji ay a push) character sets in DOS?

DOS commands help you with that? I've never used it like this as I can't read those languages, so sorry :-|

Well Im using Pascal and Delphi is the closest thing to it on the forums seeing as they dumped the Pascal forum.
